 Teaching Assistant Job Role

Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them reach their full potential? We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our partner schools.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
• Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Support students with special educational needs where required.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people (preferred).
• A patient and nurturing attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

We currently have Teaching Assistant roles available in schools across Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, and Walsall.
