Cover Supervisor Job Role

Are you confident in managing a classroom and supporting students' learning? We are looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to oversee lessons in the absence of regular teachers.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise pre-set lessons across various subjects.
• Ensure students stay on task and maintain classroom discipline.
• Support students with their learning where necessary.
• Report back on lesson progress to teaching staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young people (preferred).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Confidence in delivering lesson materials across different subjects.
• A passion for education and student development.

We currently have Cover Supervisor roles available in schools across Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, and Walsall.
